My new vehicle is a 2.2 diesel mazda 6 tourer. It's on a 2013 plate. I purchased it 2-3months ago with 71k on the clock and I have already got it up to 76k. Before I go into my issue I will say that I was aware of the dpf needing regeneration and I am aware that these engines are not designed for short trips.
We trusted a Mazda dealer with our 2008 Mazda 6 diesel and was ripped off completely. I suspected the DPF problem and trusted them to perform a proper diagnosis. After they charged us $1000 replacing injectors the car had sent into exact same limp mode 5 mins after leaving the dealer.

But it is crucial to keep an eye on the oil level. if it rises, fuel is getting into the sump and the engine oil needs to be changed promptly.
